Allu Arjun News: Actor Allu Arjun was arrested by the police on Friday (12 December 2024) after the stampede that broke out in Hyderabad on 4 December during the screening of the film Pushpa 2. Nampally court sent Allu Arjun on 14-day remand, but a few hours later he was granted bail by Telangana High Court. After the arrest of Allu Arjun, many questions were being raised on Telangana Police. The police were accused of not even allowing the actor to have breakfast and change his clothes and the police had entered his bedroom.
Police’s response to misbehavior with Allu Arjun
Now the police has issued a clarification on this. Hyderabad Police rejected allegations that policemen had misbehaved with Allu Arjun at the time of his arrest. Hyderabad Police said, “When the police reached his residence, he asked for some time to change his clothes. He went inside his bedroom, the policemen waited outside and when he came out, they detained him.”
Hyderabad Police said, “No policeman used force or misbehaved with him. He was given enough time to talk to his family and wife and he himself came out and sat in the police vehicle.” .” The Telangana High Court granted interim bail to the actor on a personal bond of Rs 50,000. He has got bail for four weeks.
Case registered due to death in stampede
A large number of fans had gathered at Sandhya Theater to get a glimpse of actor Allu Arjun. During the same stampede, 35-year-old woman Revati was killed and her eight-year-old son was injured. Based on the complaint lodged by the woman’s family, a case was registered against Allu Arjun, his security team and the theater management at Chikkadpally police station under sections 105 and 118 (1) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS).
