Congress Candidate List: Lok Sabha Elections In view of 2024, Congress released another candidate list on Sunday (April 21). Congress has announced 9 candidates from Andhra Pradesh and 2 from Jharkhand in this candidate list. Congress has declared Pradeep Yadav as its candidate from Godda, Jharkhand in place of Deepika Singh Pandey. Yashaswini Sahay has been made the candidate from Ranchi.
Pradeep Yadav got ticket against Nishikant Dubey
BJP has given ticket to Nishikant Dubey from Godda Lok Sabha seat of Jharkhand. From this seat, Congress has made Pradeep Yadav its candidate in place of Deepika Pandey Singh. The party had earlier made Deepika Pandey Singh the candidate from Godda seat, which was opposed by the workers. After this, Congress again announced a new candidate. On the other hand, BJP has fielded Sanjay Seth for Ranchi Lok Sabha seat.
Congress candidate from Andhra Pradesh
The party has fielded Pedada Parameshwara Rao from Srikakulam seat in Andhra Pradesh, Bobbili Srinu from Vizianagaram, Janga Gowtham from Amalapuram (SC), Golu Krishna from Machilipatnam, Valluru Bhargava from Vijayawada, Eda Sudhakar Reddy from Ongole seat, Jangeeti Lakshmi Narasimha Yadav from Nandyal, Anantapur. Mallikarjun has been given ticket from Vajjala, Samad Shaheen from Hindupur.

Elections will be held in seven phases across the country
There are a total of 42 Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh, while there are a total of 14 Lok Sabha seats in Jharkhand. Earlier this month, Congress had released the list for six Lok Sabha seats and 12 assembly seats in Andhra Pradesh. The first phase of voting for the Lok Sabha elections took place on 19 April. Voting has taken place on 102 out of 543 Lok Sabha seats in the country. The results of voting to be held in seven phases across the country will be declared on June 4.
Along with the Lok Sabha elections, simultaneous elections were held on 19 April for 50 assembly seats of Arunachal Pradesh and 32 assembly seats of Sikkim.
