Varanasi News Today: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today i.e. Monday (November 25) participated in the Shri Shiv Mahapuran Katha program of famous storyteller Pandit Pradeep Mishra Sihore on the banks of Ganga at Domari Padav in Varanasi. Satua Baba welcomed Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at the Katha place.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed happiness on getting the opportunity to listen to Shri Shiv Mahapuran Katha. He said that Lord Shri Kashi Vishwanath, Mother Annapurna as well as Mother Ganga are listening to the story of Shri Shiva Mahapuran.
‘Dedicate yourself to the nation through stories’
Pointing to the crowd of devotees gathered at the Katha site, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that there is no discrimination on the basis of caste and sect here. He said that we all are united and dedicating ourselves to the nation through this story.
In his address, CM Yogi Adityanat said, “The story is an answer to those people who say that people are divided into castes. Not only the devotees are listening to this story, Mahadev is also listening to it. Baba Bhairavnath, Kaal Bhairav.” Mother Ganga and Mother Annapurna are also listening.” He said that this story is enough to open the eyes of the people who are dividing us in the name of caste.”
‘Follow the path of religion’
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that Lord Vedvyas started the composition of Puranas and Upa Puranas. Lord Ved Vyas had said that I am raising both my hands and saying that follow the path of religion. Money and work can be accomplished through religion.
He said that this holy story has proved that people are listening to the country and religion. If Vyas Peeth is ready to narrate, then the devotees are also ready to listen. These stories strengthen national unity and strengthen the national religion.
Chief Minister before this Yogi Adityanath Had darshan and worship at Shri Kashi Vishwanath and Shri Kaal Bhairav Temple. He performed Rudrabhishek of Baba Vishwanath using Shodashopachara method. From Ganga Dwar, they boarded a cruise and reached Domari Padav Katha place.
