CM Sukhu will go to Delhi to demand rights from the central government
During a conversation with Shimla media, Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that he is working for the interest of Himachal Pradesh. There is a federal structure in the country and every state has its own rights in it. Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh said that he will meet several Union Ministers on December 28. He will present the rights of Himachal Pradesh to the ministers who get time to meet him.
The Chief Minister said that Himachal Pradesh is not a consumer state but a producing state. Baddi is called a pharma hub, but the state government is getting only nominal GST from there. GST compensation of Himachal Pradesh is also stopped from the year 2022. Apart from this, the revenue deficit grant is also continuously decreasing. Due to restoration of Old Pension Scheme, the loan limit of Himachal Pradesh has also reduced. In such a situation, he will present the rights of Himachal Pradesh before the ministers of the Central Government.

Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that he has set a target of making Himachal Pradesh a self-reliant Himachal. The Congress government is moving forward in this direction. In this, along with all the ministers, the MLAs are also supporting. He said that the state government has set a direction and the government is moving rapidly towards this direction. Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that it is a matter of happiness that the treasury of Himachal Pradesh is also getting filled.
Earlier, in the last meeting of the winter session of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly, Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu had said that the Himachal Pradesh government is not getting help from the central government. After the disaster in Himachal Pradesh, even the funds given under PDNA have not been received till now. In such a situation, they are going to fight this in the Supreme Court also.
