CM Baghel’s initiative to help the people of Chhattisgarh, Nodal officer posted in Delhi

Russia Ukraine Crisis: To help its people and students trapped in Ukraine, the Chhattisgarh government has appointed a nodal officer in New Delhi. Chattisgarh Bhawan-based liaison officer Ganesh Mishra has been posted as nodal officer. The government has also released helpline number, fax number and mobile number. Nodal Officer Ganesh Mishra will keep in constant touch with the Government of Ukraine.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has written in a tweet that nodal officer has been appointed to help his people on issues related to Ukraine. By contacting the helpline number 011 4615 6000, mobile number 99970 60999 and fax number 011 4615 6030, people trapped in Ukraine can tell the problem. Relatives can also contact on these numbers and give necessary information to help their people trapped in Ukraine.

Mr Ganesh Misra, Liaison Officer will be the Nodal Officer for Ukraine related issues.

Number is also released to help the people trapped in Ukraine

According to the information received, about 50 people who went from Chhattisgarh to Ukraine are trapped. The victims reside in different districts of the state. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has taken a commendable step after getting information about more people of the state being trapped. Significantly, the concern of the family has increased amidst the war between Russia and Ukraine. Students trapped in Ukraine are pleading for help from the state and central governments. Amidst the tension, the students who went to study in Ukraine want to return home as soon as possible.
