MP Ladli Bahna Yojana Registration News: A big update related to ‘Chief Minister Ladli Bahna Yojana’ has come out in Madhya Pradesh. Online registration of applications under this scheme will no longer be done on Sundays and public holidays. Camps will also not be organized to receive applications on this day. By the way, till now more than 60 lakh registrations have been done for this scheme.
Giving this information, District Program Officer of Jabalpur, ML Mehra said that the State Government’s Directorate of Women and Child Development has issued instructions in this regard. He told that according to this instruction issued in view of the government holiday and maintenance of the portal, camps will not be held on tomorrow Sunday (April 9) as well as on the next three Sundays of this month i.e. April 16, April 23 and April 30. Along with this, registration will not be done on Ambedkar Jayanti and Baisakhi on April 14, Akshaya Tritiya and Parshuram Jayanti on April 22 and on the holiday of Eid-ul-Fitr under Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana.
More than 60 lakh registrations have been done
Let us tell you that there is tremendous enthusiasm among women regarding this scheme. So far, more than 60 lakh registrations have been done to take advantage of the scheme. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has launched ‘Ladli Bahna Yojana’ to help half the population of the state. With this scheme, a target has been set to benefit about one crore women of the state. A provision of Rs 8 thousand crore has been made for the scheme in the state budget.
In the scheme, from June 10, 2023, one thousand rupees will be given to the eligible women every month. In this, married, unmarried, widowed and abandoned women from 23 to 60 years have been included. In view of the assembly elections to be held in November this year, this scheme is being called the masterstroke of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
