Chhattisgarh: Order for fake promotion to female teacher in the name of JD, suspended on being exposed

Balrampur News: Fake order issued in the name of Joint Director (JD) Education Surguja Division, LB teacher Vishal Dutt Choubey posted in Nawapara Secondary School of Ramchandrapur development block of Balrampur district, who issued promotion and designation order to assistant teacher LB Anima Khalkho Has been suspended by Joint Director Education Hemant Upadhyay with immediate effect. This forgery could be revealed after questioning the teacher who got the promotion order.

Teacher LB Anima Khalkho, posted in primary school Oberi in Balrampur district, was promoted and posted as Mathematics teacher LB in secondary school Kundrukhad. An application was submitted by Anima Khalkho on May 3, 2023, for amendment of the said designation order. The application form given for amendment was pending in the office and during this period teacher LB Vishal Dutt Choubey contacted teacher Anima Khalkhon and gave false assurance to amend the designation body and created fake orders and changed the designation body and provided it to the teacher. Did.

Fake order not issued by this office
Taking this fake order, when teacher Anima Khalkho appeared in the BEO office Balrampur to take charge, the clerk in-charge did not get her to take charge because the name and subject were mentioned as science instead of maths in the above fake order. Fake order was presented in the office of Joint Director Education for amendment in the name and subject of the order. After examining which it was found that the said fake order has not been issued by this office and the signature in it is also not of Joint Director Education Surguja Division.

The teacher came to know about the accused from the notice
Joint Director Education Hemant Upadhyay said that a show cause notice has been issued to the concerned teacher Anima Khalkho after the amendment designation order was revealed to be fake. In response to this notice, Anima Khalkho told that the said order which has been found to be fake in the investigation was given by teacher LB Vishal Dutt Choubey. Due to which Vishal Dutt Choubey was prima facie found guilty of fraudulently creating fraudulent orders in the name of this office and on this basis suspension action was taken against him.
