CBSE’s second term board exam dates announced, the exam will be in offline mode

CBSE Term 2 Board Exams: After the decrease in the cases of corona in the country, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has taken a big decision regarding the examinations. According to the examination controller of CBSE, the second term examinations of 10th and 12th will be conducted from 26 April 2022. The special thing is that these exams will be in offline mode. Soon the Central Board will release its datesheet. This is good news for the students, as now they have enough time to prepare for the examinations. It is worth noting that on July 5, 2021, due to the uncertainty regarding the corona epidemic, the board had announced to conduct the board examinations in two terms. Students will appear in the exam from the exam centers like last year.

Both objective and subjective type of questions will be asked in the Term-2 examination. Term-1 paper had only objective type questions or multiple choice questions. The board will follow the pattern of sample papers for the exam. The sample papers were released last month on the academic website of CBSE. The datesheet will be released soon on the official website of the board, cbse.nic.in. For the first time, the Central Board of Education is conducting the final examination of class 10 and class 12 in two terms. This has been done in view of the situation of Kovid in the country. Last year during the second wave of covid, the board could not conduct the exam and had to adopt an alternative evaluation plan to prepare the result.

CBSE practical exams can be started in the last week of February or the first week of March. However, till now the board has not officially announced the practical exam dates. For a long time the students were waiting for the dates of the second term theory examinations. Every year lakhs of students appear for the 10th and 12th examinations in the central board, but the examinations were canceled last year. This time it was decided to conduct the examination in two terms.
