Brij Bhushan Singh on FIR: Indian Wrestling Federation President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh openly denied the allegations of sexual harassment leveled against him. He asked, why not present the minor girl before the inquiry committee? In fact, Brij Bhushan Singh is accused of sexual exploitation of several girls, including a minor.

Brijbhushan Sharan Singh, keeping his point in front of the media, said, in these allegations, one case is also related to a minor. I ask why that minor is not being produced before the inquiry committee?

Allegingly, he said, I have given an RDO… The player sitting on the dharna tells a girl to make arrangements for any one girl. Months will collect evidence against me and present them.

‘I will not resign as a criminal’

Brij Bhushan Singh said, I have full faith in the Supreme Court. No one can be bigger than the Supreme Court in this country. There has been talk of filing an FIR before the Supreme Court. I have full faith in the investigating agency. I am completely innocent and ready to face these allegations, also ready to cooperate in the investigation.

He further said, the demand of these people changes continuously. There was a demand for his resignation in January. Even then I had said that if I resign from my post, it means that I have accepted their allegations… Resigning is not a big deal but not by becoming a criminal.

‘Congress’s hand behind the conspiracy’

I have been saying from the beginning that some industrialists of the country who have problems with me and the Congress have a hand in this. Today it was seen whose hand is in this. In fact, today Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi had reached Jantar Mantar to support the strike of the wrestlers.
