What is the reason for not giving permission?
The reason for not giving permission was also given that to organize any program in any part of Gandhi Maidan, an application has to be made 45 days in advance to the Patna Divisional Commissioner. Apart from this, Additional District Magistrate said that Disneyland Fair and Kashmiri Woolen Fair are being organized at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. Apart from this, preparations are going on for the Agriculture Department Horticulture Festival. Therefore there is no space available anywhere in Gandhi Maidan.
Let us tell you that BPSC candidates were going to protest under the Gandhi statue at Gandhi Maidan from 12 noon on Sunday demanding the cancellation of BPSC 70th PT exam. The program has been named ‘Student Parliament’. Jan Suraj’s founder Prashant Kishore would also have been involved in this. At the same time, Bihar Public Service Commission remains firm on its old stand that the entire examination will not be cancelled.
On Sunday evening itself, Bihar Public Service Commission has issued a press release saying that we do not have any proposal to cancel the examination of entire Bihar. He said that no question of canceling the examinations of entire Bihar arises. Bapu Auditorium examination will be held on January 4 and candidates are requested to appear for the main examination.
What argument did BPSC give?
It was also said in the press release that whatever is being said till now regarding the cancellation of BPSC examination of entire Bihar. Not a single evidence in its favor has been presented before the Commission, that is why the Commission believes that no idea or proposal in this regard is under consideration.
