Karnataka Election Result Exit Poll: Voting for the Karnataka elections was completed on Wednesday (May 10). With this, the fate of candidates of other parties including BJP, Congress and JDS has been sealed in EVMs, but in the meantime C-Voter has done exit poll for ABP News.
In the exit polls, the Congress has suffered a setback in the Coastal Karnataka region of the state. In the 21 seats here, BJP can get 15 to 19 seats, while Congress is expected to get only 2 to 6 seats. At the same time, the accounts of JDS and others are not being opened. Talking about vote percentage, BJP can get 49 percent, Congress 37 percent, JDS 8 percent and others 6 percent.
Congress became the largest party
Congress is getting maximum number of seats in ABP polls. According to the poll, Congress is expected to get 100 to 112 seats, BJP 83 to 95, JDS 21 to 29 and others 2 to 6 seats. In the state’s 224 seats, any party needs 113 seats to form the government.

Who got how many seats in which region?
BJP can get 12 to 16 seats out of 35 seats in Central Karnataka, Congress 18 to 22 seats, JDS 0 to 2 and Others 0 to 1. Talking about Mumbai Karnataka, BJP is expected to get 24 to 28 seats, Congress 22 to 26, JDS 0 to 1 and others 0 to 1 out of 50 seats here. According to the poll, out of 31 seats in Hyderabad Karnataka, BJP can win 11 to 15 seats, Congress 13 to 17, JDS 0 to 2 and others 0 to 3 seats.
What did Congress say?
On exit polls, Karnataka Congress President DK Shivakumar said that I do not believe the rumors of exit polls. I stand by my statement that we will win 146 seats. People are very educated and looking after their own interests. The double engine government has failed in Karnataka. Such a situation will not arise that we will have to form an alliance with any party.
‘Not 100% true’
Current Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said, “Exit polls are exit polls after all. This cannot be 100 percent true. We will get full majority and we will form the government. Wait till May 13.
