BJP Amit Malviya Gets Legal Notice: Youth Congress National President BV Srinivas on Wednesday (March 29) sent a legal notice to Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) IT cell head Amit Malviya regarding the controversial tweet. In this notice, Amit Malviya, along with other BJP members, has also been accused of aiming to defame wife Srinivas and making baseless claims on social media platforms like Twitter.
Advocate Marish Sahai in his legal notice submitted that it is a well known fact that the comments made by Amit Malviya on social media are based on false facts and with malicious intent to tarnish the image of BV Srinivas in public. Has been done since. It is also in violation of the provisions of Section 66E, 66A, 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Section 499, 34, 44, 120, 500 of the IPC.
For this reason Srinivas sent notice
Actually, Malviya had tweeted a video of Srinivas and accused him of making wrong remarks against Union Minister Smriti Irani. Malviya captioned the video as, “This lewd, sexist man is the president of the Indian Youth Congress. Darling in the bedroom… This is the level of discourse when referring to a woman minister, just because she is from Amethi.” Defeated Rahul Gandhi.” At the same time, Srinivas has sent this notice to Malviya only after this tweet. Earlier, the Youth Congress had asked Malviya to publicly apologize to Srinivas, else he would take legal action.
Srinivas attacked the opposition
After sending the legal notice, Srinivas wrote on Twitter, “High time to install Anti-Malware to fight against the world’s biggest Fake News Factory and its head.” In the notice sent by Srinivas to Malviya, it is written that “Srinivas is a well-known politician and has a lot of reputation due to his work during the Kovid epidemic. It is clear that your comments on social media are based on misinformation and with malicious intent.”
