Cyclone Biparjoy: Difficulties have increased in Pakistan after the cyclonic storm Biparjoy took a very serious form. Seeing the danger, Pakistan started evacuating people from low-lying areas in southern Sindh province on Monday. The fast-moving cyclone Biparjoy is likely to hit the coast later this week.
According to Dawn’s report, Pakistan has warned people to stay away from the Arabian Sea. Along with this, the officers have been put on high alert. While issuing an alert, the government has said that people and officials should prepare themselves for emergency situations.
Sindh Chief Minister did aerial inspection
Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah did an aerial inspection of the beach on Monday. After which he asked the officials to shift an estimated 80,000 people to a safer place. In fact, Pakistan’s Meteorological Department has issued a warning saying that Biparjoy storm is currently 600 kilometers south of Karachi.
Biparjoy may collide with Sindh
According to the Meteorological Department, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah was informed that Biparjoy would hit the Sindh coast on June 15, but its intensity would reduce by June 17 to 18. In such a situation, the first cyclone of this year is likely to hit Pakistan. Pakistan’s difficulties have also increased because this country has not yet been able to deal with the floods that occurred last year. This is the reason that at present Pakistan is facing economic crisis.
There is a ban on going towards the sea
In view of the danger, people were stopped from going to the open sea on Monday. For this the road was blocked. Significantly, earlier people have been banned from fishing, boating, swimming and bathing in the sea within the Pakistani maritime boundary. Even fishermen are not allowed to live in the sea.
