Chhattisgarh News: The alleged Idara-e-Shariah court in Raipur has sent a divorce notice to a Muslim woman. The complaint was filed by the victim woman in the High Court. After this, during the hearing in the High Court on Monday, the court has stayed the triple talaq issued to the woman and issued a notice to the woman’s husband.

In fact, the Supreme Court has banned triple talaq and declared it unconstitutional. After 2019, triple talaq has been brought as a crime. Based on this, the High Court accepted the woman’s petition and stayed the notice of triple talaq. The case has been accepted by the Single Bench of Justice P Sem Koshi of the High Court and the High Court has stayed the process of the Sharia Court’s decision and the Sharia Court has been summoned by issuing a notice to Idara-e-Shariah and the woman’s husband. .
