Indravati Bachao Manch members Kishore Parakh, Sampat Jha, Santosh Jain, Padmashree Dharmapal Saini and Urmila Acharya, among others, say that Bastar has been shifted from Odisha to Odisha because of the dam built by the Odisha government in Jora Nala, located on the border of Orissa and Chhattisgarh. Because of this, the residents of Bastar, who depend on the water of this river from Jagdalpur to Bijapur district, are facing a lot of problems.
