The Supreme Court upheld the Bombay High Court order canceling the look out notice against actress Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik and father Indrajit Chakraborty. This notice issued by the CBI in 2020 was canceled by the High Court in February this year. The Maharashtra government’s petition against this was rejected by the Supreme Court today i.e. on 25 October 2024.
