Eknath Shinde News: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has appointed Rameshwar Naik as the head of the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Naik has replaced Mangesh Chiwte, considered close to Maharashtra Deputy CM and Shiv Sena President Eknath Shinde.

Chief Minister’s Relief Fund provides assistance to eligible families and individuals in case of death due to natural disasters or accidents or for treatment of serious illnesses.
Fadnavis has made this reshuffle at a time when cabinet expansion is likely to take place by December 14. In view of this, Fadnavis reached Delhi on Wednesday (11 December).
