Big allegation on CBI in RG Kar rape-murder case

RG Kar Medical Murder-Rape Case: After 87 days, charges have been framed in Sealdah Court against accused Sanjay Roy in the RG Kar Medical Murder-Rape case. The court has decided to hear the case on a daily basis from November 11. On the other hand, the hearing of a separate economic corruption case in the special CBI court based in Alipore has ended. In this case, CBI has presented a deep conspiracy theory. CBI claims that ‘Maa Tara Traders’ has supplied equipment not only to RG Kar Medical College but also to many other hospitals.

The lawyer of arrested Biplab Singh and head of ‘Maa Tara Traders’ has accused the CBI of deliberately framing him. They allege that they have been unable to arrest anyone in the murder-rape case, that is why they are emphasizing on the corruption case.

CBI is emphasizing on corruption case

A CBI lawyer said on Monday, November 4, “We have found some evidence, which shows that both of them (Sandeep Ghosh and Abhijit Mandal) were in contact with each other after the incident.” The central agency said that investigation is going on as to why the incident is being hidden.

RG Tax clean chit to former principal?

CBI said in the court, we did not say in the charge sheet that the civic volunteer alone was involved. His biological evidence has been found, hence the charge sheet has been filed within 60 days under the Indian Protection of Justice Act. Whether there was any conspiracy or not is being investigated. CBI is not yet giving clean chit to Sandeep Ghosh and Abhijit Mandal.
