Bhopal becomes a dengue hotspot! 10 new patients in one day, malaria department and corporation also on alert


MP News: The outbreak of seasonal diseases has increased after the rains in Madhya Pradesh. Dengue patients are continuously being reported in the capital Bhopal. Many areas have become dengue hotspots. The district administration and health department are worried about the increasing number of patients.

Along with the malaria department, the municipal corporation administration has also been alerted. According to the health department report, more than 280 patients have been identified so far. Malaria and dengue are caused by mosquito bites.

The health department is being accused of negligence regarding viral fever. This time the number of positive patients is continuously increasing. During the last 24 hours, 10 new cases have been reported in the capital Bhopal. The health department has lost its sleep due to dengue being detected in 10 patients in a day. Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari says that government and private hospitals are also being monitored.

Unexpected increase in the number of dengue patients after rain

The health department team has been put on survey work. Guidelines have been issued for hospitals. Instructions have been given to keep patients under mosquito nets. Contact tracing is also being done after confirmation of dengue positive. According to District Malaria Officer Dr. Akhilesh Dubey, all efforts are being made to prevent malaria and dengue. On receiving complaints, the health department team is being sent to the spot. sa

Dengue cases are being reported continuously from the old and new city including Ket Nagar, Avadhpuri, Indrapuri, Ratnagiri, Ashoka Garden, Kohe Fiza, Kolar. After the number of patients has increased, the health department is claiming to be cautious.
