In this election, the BJP defeated all the parties in the Municipal Corporation and won 14 out of 16 seats. Counting of votes will be held on Saturday regarding the results of the elections held for the posts of 17 Municipal Corporations, 1420 Municipal Corporation Wards, 199 Nagar Palika Parishad, 5327 Nagar Palika Parishad Ward, 544 Nagar Panchayat and 7177 Nagar Panchayat Ward of UP. 334 centers have been set up for the counting of votes for the UP civic elections.
