BCCI announces Team India for Australia tour, Ishan Kishan returns

Ishan Kishan In India-A Team: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced Team India for the Australia tour. Wicketkeeper batsman Ishan Kishan, who was out for a long time, returned to this team. The board decided to make Ruturaj Gaikwad the captain of the team. Actually, the Indian Board announced the India-A team for the tour of Australia. Two first class (four-day) matches will be played between India-A and Australia-A from October 31. After playing two matches against Australia-A, the India-A team will take part in a three-day intra-squad match against the Indian senior men’s team.

The first first class match between India-A and Australia-A will be played at Mackay. After this the second match will be held in Melbourne. Then the intra squad match of India-A against the senior men’s team will be played in Perth.

Ishan Kishan is out of the senior team

Let us tell you that Ishan Kishan’s last match for the Indian senior men’s team was through T20 in November 2023. After this, Ishaan took a break citing mental fatigue, but after this break, Ishaan has not been able to return to Team India till now.

India-A vs Australia-A 2nd four-day match – 07 November to 10 November
