Babbu was arrested today by CIA-2 and counter intelligence team from Sunder Nagar area of ​​Jamalpur police station. Ludhiana SP-D Amandeep Singh Brar formed special teams. This team included Inspectors Vikram and Kailash from Counter Intelligence and Inspector Rajesh Sharma and ASI Raghubir Singh from CIA-2. As soon as the police received information that the accused Sujit was hiding in Sundar Nagar Bhamian area, the police teams raided and caught him.

According to the information received, Surjeet lives in Mumbai and he had come to his in-laws’ house. According to sources, 25 thousand rupees were to be deposited in the account of accused Nitin, but the said accused got that money deposited in his account and was to give it to Nitin, but before that Babbu was controlled.

Regarding this case, Mumbai Crime Branch said that during interrogation, Ram Kanojia, one of the accused arrested in this case, came to know that he was the first one to be given contract to kill NCP leader Baba Saddiqui and he had paid Rs 1 crore for it. Police said that earlier a picture of Baba Siddiqui’s son Zeeshan Siddiqui was found in the phone of one of the arrested accused, which was sent to the accused through Snapchat by his handler.
