Like, morning breakfast which is called snack and then lunch and dinner.
- Buttermilk, juice, lassi etc. can be taken in case of mild hunger in between breakfast and lunch. On the other hand, in case of hunger between lunch and dinner, fruits, salad or healthy snacks like, roasted gram, boiled desi gram chaat, puffed rice, paddy kheel, maize kheel (popcorn), fresh fruits, seasonal vegetables It is suggested to eat salad etc. All these things are healthy and almost completely fat free too.
