The three-day meeting on ‘Security in Future Air Traffic Management’ began on Saturday. According to the meeting’s website, participants will discuss cutting-edge technologies, innovative strategies and environmentally friendly practices that will shape safety in the future of air traffic management. Vulnam said congestion at the airfield is increasing. “There are more and more passengers coming into the airspace.” Referring to new technologies like Gen-AI, he stressed that “instead of ignoring and closing our eyes, we should cooperate.”

Manish Kumar, joint director general of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), said that growth is being ensured along with safety. He also stressed the importance of human resources in the aviation sector.
