Another election announcement by AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi, big announcement regarding Dalit students

Delhi Assembly Election 2025: In view of the upcoming assembly elections in Delhi, AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal made another election announcement on Saturday (21 December). He said that if Aam Aadmi Party wins the elections again, his government will start Dr. Ambedkar Samman Scholarship Scheme. He said that government employees of Dalit community will also be able to avail the benefits of this scheme. They will also be able to send their children to study abroad for free.

Arvind Kejriwal said, “I want that no child of the Dalit community should be deprived of higher education due to lack of money. Therefore, today I announce the Dr. Ambedkar Scholarship Program. Under this, if any child from Dalit community wants to study in any top university of the world, then that child should take admission only in that university. After that, the Delhi government will bear all his education and traveling expenses.

Amit Shah and BJP insulted Baba Saheb – Kejriwal

Arvind Kejriwal said, “Amit Shah and BJP insulted and made fun of Baba Saheb in Parliament, this scheme is the answer to this.” BJP people, you abuse Baba Saheb and I will respect him.” During this, Manish Sisodia, CM. AtishiMinister Mukesh Ahlawat, Avadh Ojha, Rakhi Birlan and other senior leaders were present.

‘Crores of people who loved Baba Saheb were hurt’

Kejriwal further said, “Amit Shah He was saying that it has become fashionable nowadays to say Ambedkar-Ambedkar. I consider myself a devotee of Baba Saheb Ambedkar and this saddened me personally. I understand that this hurt millions of people who loved Baba Saheb all over the world.

Our Parliament is because of Baba Saheb’s Constitution – Kejriwal

Arvind Kejriwal also said, “When Baba Saheb Ambedkar was alive, many people used to make fun of him in front of him. But no one had thought that even in independent India, such a time would come when any party and any leader would openly make fun of them inside the Parliament. Whereas today we have our Parliament because of Baba Saheb’s Constitution. We strongly condemn BJP and those leaders who openly made fun of Baba Saheb Ambedkar.

Senior AAP leader Manish Sisodia said on X, “Dr. Ambedkar Samman Scholarship is not just a scheme but a historic step laying the foundation of social justice. With this revolutionary initiative of Arvind Kejriwal ji, the dreams of poor, Dalit and backward class children will now become reality.
