America gave ‘news’ of Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother Anmol! Mumbai Police preparing for big action

Lawrence Bishnoi Latest News: In a boost to efforts to crack down on the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, US officials have informed Mumbai Police about the presence of Lawrence’s younger brother Anmol Bishnoi (25) in their country. After this, Mumbai Police has started the process of his extradition and the crime branch had also approached a special court here last month in this regard.

Indian Express in its report quoted a senior officer as saying that on October 16, Mumbai Police appeared before the court and told that they want to initiate the extradition of Anmol in connection with the firing case at Salman Khan’s house. With Lawrence behind bars, many other major operations, including the firing outside Salman Khan’s house in April, are alleged to have been carried out by Anmol.

Anmol’s name came up in the murder of Baba Siddiqui

Anmol’s name also came up recently in the murder of NCP (Ajit Pawar) leader and former MLA Baba Siddiqui, in which it was alleged that Anmol had talked to the accused who shot at the leader. Last week, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) had announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh on Anmol. The agency said there are 18 cases registered against him, including one in which he allegedly provided arms and logistics support to the accused who murdered Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala in 2022.

Name is also in the case of attack on Salman Khan’s house

In this report, The Indian Express quoted an official as saying that Anmol was identified as a wanted accused in the charge sheet against Salman Khan, after which a Red Corner Notice (RCN) was issued. The official said that based on the Red Corner Notice, the American authorities contacted us a few months ago and alerted us about Anmol’s presence in America. Officials said there is no clarity on whether Anmol is currently detained by US authorities or not, but his possible location there can be ascertained.

Mumbai Police submitted the necessary documents

Following separate applications filed last month, the court allowed the police to prepare the necessary documents. The documents have been provided to the Home Ministry, after which the External Affairs Ministry will coordinate with the American authorities. Let us tell you that coincidentally the Mumbai Police has not got the custody of Lawrence Bishnoi, who is currently in Sabarmati jail in Gujarat.

Canadian police has also taken the name of Lawrence Bishnoi gang

Last month, hours after India recalled its diplomats from Canada, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police had alleged that agents of the Indian government were collaborating with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang to spread terror on Canadian soil. New Delhi has consistently rejected these allegations, calling them absurd allegations. Incidentally, the Anmol Bishnoi alert also assumes significance in view of the new move by the US Justice Department in the case related to the alleged conspiracy to murder pro-Khalistan separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu.

What is Lawrence’s connection in Pannu’s murder conspiracy case?

Vikas Yadav, who has been named by the US as the main accused in the conspiracy to murder Khalistani supporter Pannu, was arrested by the Special Branch of Delhi Police on 18 December 2023 in a case of extortion. This arrest was made on the basis of a complaint of extortion and kidnapping from a person from Rohini, Delhi. Lawrence’s name appeared in this also. In such a situation, the connection between Vikas and Lawrence is also coming to light.
