Amazon India: Quick commerce sector is expanding rapidly in India. Now consumers do not like to wait for 1-2 days after ordering, rather they want the ordered goods immediately. In view of this demand, Amazon India, a big company in the e-commerce sector, is now coming into the market to compete with Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket. Like them, now Amazon is also going to join the quick delivery service.
This service of Amazon will start from Bengaluru
Sameer Kumar, Amazon’s ‘Country Manager’ in India, said that Amazon’s rapid service will start from Bengaluru this month. In the Quick Commerce Sector, Amazon can name its service ‘Tez’. However, nothing has been decided on this yet.
Delivery will be done within 15 minutes
Speaking at a company event in Delhi, Kunmar said, “Through this quick service, consumers will be able to get items needed in their daily lives in just 15 minutes or less after placing the order.”
He said that our aim is to increase our business in the quick commerce sector. Kumar informed that after Bengaluru, we plan to start this service in many other cities of the country also. According to the report, work on this was going on for the last several months and now finally the matter has been resolved.
consumers eagerly wait
Consumer preferences have started changing. Now instead of delivery in 1-2 days, delivery of goods within minutes is being preferred. Experts say that due to the theft of quick commerce companies, the market share of Amazon and Flipkart is decreasing. Seeing this, they themselves now want to join the quick commerce sector. Kumar says that Amazon has millions of customers in India. These also include Prime members, who have faith in us and who are eagerly waiting for our service.
