27 kg weight reduced in 8 months
Shivangi Gupta of Khudagand in Shahjahanpur tells that earlier she was very fat. Friends and relatives used to make fun of him by calling him ‘fat’. Confidence had plummeted. I didn’t feel like doing any work. At one time, he had hatred for his own person, but then he worked hard and in 8 months reduced 27 Kg out of 86 Kg (Weight Loss Story) and showed it to everyone.
Where did the journey to lose weight begin?
Shivangi says that she got the support of her brother and sister-in-law in this journey to lose weight. Both of them told Shivangi about the Fitter app and then her weight loss journey began under the supervision of coach Anjali.

Breakfast- Milk, Poha, Chilla, Sattu, Upma
Lunch – Dal, roti, rice, curd, salad
Dinner – Paneer, Dal, Green Vegetables, Roti, Rice, Salad
After exercise- consumption of makhana, fruits
what to eat in focus
To lose weight, Shivangi stopped eating outside food and ate only home-cooked food. Carbs, protein and fat were taken care of completely. Low calorie items include soya wheat flour wrap, soya chunks air fried kebabs, soya chunks salad, paneer and vegetables.
Shivangi’s workout plan
Shivangi told that there is no gym in her city, so her coach made a workout plan for her, so that this work can be completed by staying at home. He asked to buy a barbell rod, dumbbell and a resistance band. Initially, I had to exercise 5 days a week. Lower body exercise on the first day, upper body exercise on the second day, lower body workout on the third day, upper body exercise on the fourth day, relax on the fifth day, full exercise on the sixth day, complete relaxation on the 7th day.

Shivangi told that after three months her coach changed the workout routine and now she had to exercise for 6 days. Leg exercises on day 1, upper body workout on day 2, abs and glutes exercises on day 3, leg exercises on day 4, upper body workout on day 5, abs and glutes exercises on day 6 and complete relaxation on day 7. Apart from this, Shivangi walks at least 10 thousand steps every day.
