Winter Rose Show: A two-day All India Winter Rose Show is being organized from Saturday at the India-Africa Friendship Rose Garden in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. In this All India Winter Rose Show being organized by New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), participants from various organizations like NDMC, TERI, CPWD, PGI Chandigarh, IARI-Pusa are displaying their performances in different categories. In which the display of potted roses and cut flowers of different types of roses are the main attractions of the show.
This Rose Show was inaugurated on Saturday 21st December 2024 at noon and the best selected flowers of this show will be honored with awards on 22nd December 2024 at 4 pm. NDMC has urged people to watch the show daily from 1 pm to 5 pm on December 21 and from 10 am to 5 pm on December 22, 2024. Entry here is free for people. No entry fee of any kind is being charged.

This show will be special for those who are lovers of different varieties of roses. Here you will get a chance to see large varieties of roses competing with each other in vases as well as in pots. This Rose Show is a unique opportunity for rose lovers to have an informal get together where they will share their experiences in growing roses while enjoying the feast of color and fragrance. It is noteworthy that every year such events are organized by various institutions in Delhi between December and February.
