Meanwhile, former Norwegian diplomat Eric Solheim has posted a video on his former social media handle appreciating the changes that have taken place after the redevelopment of Cuttack Railway Station. In the caption of the video posted on his X handle on January 2, 2025 (Thursday), Solheim wrote, “Indian Railways is evolving every day. This is not an airport, but it is Cuttack Railway Station of Odisha.”

In the video shared by the Norwegian diplomat, a very clean railway station is visible. In which good lighting, organized space, escalators, many big screens and sign boards are also visible. Apart from this, the railway station also includes facilities like a big food court, modern toilets and a huge parking.
