Actor Shashank Mishra came out in support of Sheejan Khan, said- ‘He was shocked by whatever happened’

Tunisha Sharma Suicide Case: ‘Ali Baba: Dastan-e-Kabul’ actress Tunisha Sharma committed suicide on the set of her show on December 24, 2022. After the death of the actress, her mother accused co-actor Sheezan Khan of abetting her daughter to commit suicide. After which Sheezan Khan was arrested. Sheejan is currently in judicial custody. Meanwhile, late actress Tunisha Sharma’s mother made several serious allegations against Sheejan in a press conference. On the other hand, Sheejan’s mother and sisters Falak and Shafaq Naaz, along with their lawyer Shailendra Mishra, called a press conference to answer all the allegations leveled against the actor by Tunisha’s mother, Vanita Sharma. At the same time, actor Shashank Mishra has come out in support of Sheejan.

As reported by E Times, Shan Shashank Mishra said, “I know Sheejan completely to say that all these allegations that he is taking drugs or cheating on Tunisha are completely false. Will support. He was not into drugs.” He further adds, “Everyone has a past. Tunisha and Sheezaan were shooting for around 13-14 hours a day since June last year. If he was cheating on her, she would have known and if she had known If he had, why would she be with him? If he was with someone else, he would have confessed. He wasn’t cheating, that’s for sure.”

Sheejan was crying on the day of the incident
Shaan was with Sheejan on 24 December. He says, “I was with him on 24 December and the next morning. First in the hospital and then in the police station. When we were in the hospital, Tunisha’s mother lodged a complaint. He was in the outfit in which he was shooting and I dressed him in his normal clothes. He was unable to speak and was crying. He was shocked by what had happened. His mother was also there.”

Everything was normal on the set on the day of the incident
When asked about the incident, Sheezan had said that it was just like any other day and everything seemed fine on the sets. Shaan recalls, “I asked them what had happened and they said they were all laughing and having fun on the sets. It was a good atmosphere. He also told me that Tunisha made a video with him on her phone for the reel. There was no fight or argument between them.”

Tunisha’s mother’s allegations are false
Shaan says, “I have known Sheejan for a year. We worked for a channel and he was playing the lead role in ‘Pavitra: Bharose Ka Safar’. We became friends. We used to hang out a lot because we worked out in the same gym. We share a strong bond as we used to meet everyday. What I know about Sheezan, she is nice, humble and respectful. Being my senior, Sheezan guided me a lot in the beginning. Ali Baba: Dastan-e-Kabul has been the biggest break of his career so far. He always wanted to do a period drama. It breaks my heart to see him in this situation. I am in touch with his family. They too are in deep sorrow. Tunisha was very close to Sheezan’s family and they used to spend a lot of time together. The allegations leveled by Tunisha’s mother against Sheejan and her family are false.”
