ABP Exclusive: An important decision of the Canadian court may come on Friday in the Arsh Dalla case. According to exclusive information received by ABP News, the Canadian court will hear the case of Khalistani terrorist Arshdeep Gill alias Arsh Dalla on Friday, November 22. Not only this, this hearing will not be held through video conference but in a physical court.

The Ontario Court of Canada will hear the bail of Arsh Dalla. Canada’s government lawyer and Arsh Dalla’s lawyer have given this information during Arsh Dalla’s video conferencing appearance in the Ontario Court today.

Arsh Dalla’s lawyer told that the decisive hearing in his case will be held next Friday in Room No. 10 of the Ontario Court, in which Arsh Dalla’s lawyer will be present in the court and will argue at length.

Not only this, the Canadian government lawyer informed that special arrangements have been made in the physical court for a long debate on the bail in Arsh Dalla’s case and the important hearing in this case will start on Friday at 9.30 am.

However, the Canadian government lawyer also informed that for Dalla’s bail, his lawyer will argue at length on his bail in Court Room 10 but Arsh Dalla will not be brought to the court. Dalla will be able to join the court only through video conference.
