These uncapped players include Duane Jansen of South Africa. Duan was bought by Mumbai Indians for just Rs 20 lakh. Duane Jansen is the twin brother of South African international cricketer Marco Jansen. The specialty of Duan is that he is a left arm fast bowler. If the Mumbai Indians team includes him in the playing XI, then he can become a dangerous trio along with Jofra Archer and Jasprit Bumrah. Overall, Mumbai has got this bowler at a very low price.

Duane Jansen has been a part of the St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots franchise in the Caribbean Premier League. Apart from this, he has also played for the North West team of South Africa. He has taken 32 wickets in 16 first class matches. Apart from this, he has taken 19 wickets in 16 matches in List A while 20 wickets in 27 T20 matches. This left arm pacer is known for extra bounce.
Marco in SRH, Duane in Mumbai Indians
Duane Jansen’s twin brother Marco Jansen is included in the Sunrisers Hyderabad team. In the IPL 2022 auction, Sunrisers bought Marco for Rs 4.20 crore. This year Sunrisers retained Marco Jansen. While Marco’s twin brother has been bought by Mumbai Indians in the mini auction of IPL 2023. Duan can also debut in IPL this year.
