Women’s Junior Asia Cup 2024 Final India: India’s women’s hockey team has done wonders. Team India has won the title of Women’s Junior Asia Cup 2024. He crushed China badly in the final. Team India won 3-2 in the penalty shootout. Earlier this match was tied at 1-1. After this there was a shootout. India registered a thrilling victory in this. Sakshi Rana, Mumtaz Khan and Ishika performed brilliantly for India. India’s goalkeeper Nidhi also played an important role in the victory.

China had made a good start in the final match of hockey. He scored the first goal in the 30th minute. Jinjung had scored the goal for China. The Indian team remained behind till half time. But after this, Kanika did wonders and brought India on par. Team India equalized 1-1 with Kanika’s goal. This match remained tied at 1-1 till time out.

India registered victory in the shootout –

Team India performed amazingly in the penalty shootout. Sakshi Rana made the first attempt from India’s side. He scored a goal with his first attempt. Mumtaz made the second attempt, which was unsuccessful. Ishika made the third attempt. It was successful. After this Kanika attempted a goal. But he did not achieve success. In the end Sunelita scored the goal. In response, China could score only two goals.

Nidhi played an important role in India’s victory –

Goalkeeper Nidhi performed brilliantly during the penalty shootout. He foiled three Chinese attempts. Wang Li Hong made the first attempt in China. Nidhi saved the goal from being scored. At the same time, the fourth and fifth players were also stopped from scoring goals.

Players of Team India will get prize money –

Players of the Indian team will get prize money. Hockey India has announced that every player of the team will get Rs 2 lakh as reward. Whereas the support staff will get Rs 1 lakh each.
