Swiggy One BLCK: Online food and grocery delivery platform Swiggy has launched its premium membership plan called ‘One BLCK’. On the occasion of its launch on Wednesday, the company said that those customers who want better services will be included in this invite-only premium membership program.
One BLCK members will be given priority
Customers subscribing to this will be offered free cocktails, cold drinks and desserts as complimentary when they dine out. On its subscription, users will get fast service of delivery of food items.
Along with this, in case of any kind of problem, the subscribers will also get a chance to express their views to the top customer care executive of Swiggy. This means that in this the members will be given customer service first on priority. The company also claims that users choosing it will get guaranteed on-time delivery.
You will get many types of benefits
You can subscribe to Swiggy’s One BLCK service for Rs 299 for three months. It will be implemented in several phases. Membership service will be provided only to selected people of the country. Its benefits also include unlimited free delivery of food or grocery items and huge discounts on orders.
To further improve their experience on Swiggy, currently Swiggy One members will also be able to upgrade this service. One BLCK is such a membership plan in the country, under which benefits of all categories like food delivery, quick commerce, dining out etc will be available at one place. Its members will also get better offers from other top partner brands like Amazon Prime, Hotstar, Hamleys, Cinepolis etc.
