The police have arrested the accused.
An incident of molestation of three small girls has taken place in a renowned school located in Bhandup area. The incident is said to have taken place between 10 am to 1.30 pm on November 27. One 10 year old and two 11-11 year old girls were learning yoga in the basement of the school. During this time, the employee who came to repair the lift in the school has been accused of molestation.

The girls complained to the teacher and also told their parents about the incident. The matter came to light after investigation of the CCTV camera installed in the basement, in which the accused was seen touching the girls inappropriately. The surprising thing is that the lift ends on the ground floor. But, the lift repairer was seen hiding behind a curtain in the basement.
The school put pressure on not going to the police
On the basis of the complaint, Bhandup police has registered an FIR. A case has been registered under Indian Judicial Code 74, 78 and sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act and the accused has been arrested. The name of the accused is Gopal Gowda, whose age is 27 years. The family members of the victim girls say that they were pressurized by the school teacher to not go to the police. When the family members reached the school and asked to see the accused and the CCTV, they were not cooperated.
