After signing the agreement, the company has taken over Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Guldhar, Duhai and Duhai Depot stations of the primary section. Preparation for inauguration this month
Rapid X train is ready to start operating in the end of this month. A 17 kilometer corridor is ready from Sahibabad to Duhai. All the five stations of this section have been built from inside. Platforms have been made in them, as well as lifts, stairs and gates have also been prepared. In terms of security, the platform has also been equipped with CCTV cameras.
Plan to run Rapid X train on 82 kilometer long corridor
Let us inform that Rapid X train is to be run on 82 kilometer long corridor between Delhi-Meerut. For which the target of 2025 has been set. After this, Rapid X train will run on this entire section. But before that, it is being started from the 17 kilometer long primary section between Sahibabad to Duhai. After the opening of this entire corridor, it will prove to be effective in connecting major urban centers in Delhi-NCR. As per information, solar power panels are also being installed at NCRTC stations and depots. So that the environment is also saved from being polluted.
