It is said that Naxalite Raghunath Singh has more than 10 cases registered in various police station areas of the district for various crimes. The police had been looking for Raghunath for several days and raids were being conducted continuously for his arrest. However, when Raghunath was inspired by his family members to surrender, he got detailed information about the surrender policy by contacting the officers of the security forces apart from the police administration.
