Perform Jalabhishek of Lord Shiva and after that worship by offering white flowers, belpatra, Akshat, Bhang, Bhog etc. Light incense-lamps and read or listen to the story of Som Pradosh Vrat. Now chant Om Namah Shivay mantra 108 times and after that do aarti.
