According to data presented at the meeting of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) earlier this week, 54 percent of the people in this age group have been given the second dose of vaccine till February 24. According to this, 9.13 lakh adolescents have been given the first dose of vaccine and out of these 5.44 lakh people have been given both doses of vaccine. According to the data, vaccination in this age group has been highest in the South-West district of Delhi, with 1,22,717 adolescents receiving the first dose, followed by 1,17,560 in the North-West and 93,251 adolescents in the West. given.
484 cases found in Delhi on Sunday, three patients died
On Sunday, 484 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Delhi and three patients died. With this, the rate of infection was recorded at 0.95 percent. So far 18,59,634 cases of infection have been reported in the national capital and 26,122 patients have died due to the pandemic. According to the health bulletin, 50,759 samples were tested a day earlier. On Saturday, 440 cases of infection were reported in Delhi, two patients died and the infection rate was recorded at 0.83 percent.
