25 carriages of goods train derailed near Vrindavan station, this route is blocked

UP News: News of another rail accident has come from Uttar Pradesh. The coaches of a goods train have derailed in Mathura. The incident is said to have happened around 9 pm on Wednesday night. However, no official information has been released yet regarding the time of the incident. But about 25 coaches of the goods train have derailed.

After this incident, there is panic in the railway administration. Senior railway officials have reached the spot. The entire incident is being reported from Vrindavan station. Information regarding this incident has been given by the railway.

Agra divisional railway manager Tej Prakash Agarwal said, “A goods train has derailed. 25 coaches of the train have derailed. We are assessing the situation here. Traffic on the third line has been affected. Traffic is running on the fourth line.” Whereas according to experts, the Agra-Delhi route is disrupted after this incident. Many trains are getting delayed after this incident.

However, after getting information about this incident, the officials reached the spot and now the rescue operation has been started. Actually, the railway accidents that happened in the past few days have been in the news a lot. Now once again, questions are being raised on the system due to the goods train becoming the victim of an accident.

An accident in Bihar too
Meanwhile, Chief Public Relations Officer of East Central Railway Saraswati Chandra told news agency ANI, ‘Due to derailment of 04 wagons of mechanical rake near point number 67 of Narayanpur Anant yard of Sonpur division of Bihar, the operation of trains on this section has been disrupted.’

He said that ART from Sonpur, Samastipur and Barauni has reached the spot to restore operations. Due to this incident, the route of 13 trains has been changed, and three trains have to be run with partial termination/start.
